She focuses on practical, transparent, affordable solutions that improve everyday life for families, and she believes Eastchester deserves leadership that listens, plans, and delivers.</h5><p>Cat is a proud Eastchester homeowner in the north end of town. Cat’s husband Dave and their young daughter inspire her commitment to building a strong and welcoming community for every family.</p><p>Cat was raised in a home where hard work, integrity, and service to others were always respected. She carried those values into her career by helping organizations operate more fairly and effectively, modernizing systems, saving money, and expanding access to services and opportunities.</p><p>Cat now serves as Chief Operating Officer at Sustainable Westchester, partnering with municipalities across the county to lower energy costs, expand pathways to good careers, and strengthen community resilience. <p>Rising costs are squeezing families, seniors, and young people.&nbsp; A more affordable Eastchester starts with leadership willing to do the work. That means building real relationships at every level of government, regardless of party, so we stop missing out on the county and state programs that reduce costs for residents. It means competing aggressively for the grants that fund infrastructure upgrades, road improvements, and community investments, so residents aren't footing the entire bill themselves. And it means coordination among Eastchester, Tuckahoe and Bronxville on the roads, services, and infrastructure we share, so we plan smarter and spend less. When Eastchester stops leaving money on the table, residents get more for what they already pay.</p>

<h2>Affordability: <br>No More Leaving Money On The Table</h2>

<p><span style="color: var(--color-text); text-decoration-color: var(--color-text);">Our streets should be safe for kids walking to school, seniors crossing an intersection, and families out for a weekend stroll. Bronxville and Tuckahoe have invested in making their villages more walkable. The unincorporated part of Eastchester hasn't seen that same commitment from Town Hall, and residents feel the difference every day. Traffic and congestion keep getting worse, and the town hasn't been competing for the state and federal dollars available to fix it. Family-friendly streets have to be a priority. That means going after the funding that makes school routes, crossings, and sidewalks safer. It means bringing traffic calming to the corridors where speeding and congestion are worst. It means coordinating with Tuckahoe and Bronxville on the roads we share, because connected streets need connected planning. And it means putting residents in the room so improvements reflect how people actually move through their neighborhoods every day.</span></p>

Eastchester has been dragging its feet for too long, missing out on state and federal dollars while other communities showed up to compete, and failing to update a comprehensive plan that's a generation out of date. Water doesn't stop at town lines, and neither should our response. That means coordinating with Westchester County and neighboring municipalities on a shared watershed and drainage strategy, going after the dollars to fund stormwater infrastructure upgrades, and updating our comprehensive plan to reflect today's flood risk and climate realities. Every neighborhood deserves the same urgency, and residents deserve to know what's being done to keep them safe. </span></p>
