Eastchester is a great place to live, but our town has been on autopilot for too long, operating in isolation while opportunities and resources go to other communities. I'm running to bring modern, responsive leadership that plans ahead, builds strong relationships, goes after the resources we've been missing out on, and delivers real results for every neighborhood in Eastchester, Tuckahoe, and Bronxville.

Rising costs are squeezing families, seniors, and young people, and a more affordable Eastchester starts with leadership willing to fight for our fair share.1. Build real relationships at every level of government, regardless of party, so we stop missing the county and state programs that lower costs for residents.2. Compete aggressively for grants that fund infrastructure upgrades, road improvements, and community investments, so residents aren't footing the entire bill.3. Coordinate with Tuckahoe and Bronxville on the roads, services, and infrastructure we share, so we plan smarter and spend less. When Eastchester stops leaving money on the table, residents get more for what they already pay.

Affordability: No More Leaving Money On The Table

Our streets should be safe for kids walking to school, seniors crossing an intersection, and families out for a weekend stroll.1. Close the gap between the villages and the rest of the town. Bronxville and Tuckahoe have invested in walkability. Unincorporated Eastchester hasn't seen that same commitment from Town Hall, and residents feel the difference every day.2. Go after the funding that makes school routes, crossings, and sidewalks safer, dollars Eastchester has been missing out on while traffic and congestion get worse.3. Bring traffic calming to the corridors where speeding and congestion are worst. When residents and all three communities plan our shared streets together, families get safer routes instead of disconnected fixes.

Flooding damages property, threatens safety, and costs families thousands, and Eastchester has been dragging its feet for too long.1. Coordinate with Westchester County and neighboring municipalities on a shared watershed and drainage strategy, because water doesn't stop at town lines and neither should our response.2. Go after the dollars that fund stormwater infrastructure upgrades, money Eastchester has been missing out on while other communities competed for it.3. Update our comprehensive plan, a generation out of date, to reflect today's flood risk and climate realities.Every neighborhood deserves the same urgency, and residents deserve to know what's being done to keep them safe.
